I went through and updated the troubleshooting page, dox, manifest and mainpage. I think this is ready to go.

• Implementation details spelled out. Users can run commands on their own and check results for sanity of debugging.
• Parameters correctly specified

• Setting up hddtemp, ipmitool is correct

• Empty tutorials page, the setup details on the main wiki page give enough information.
