The HRI messages are being finalized
The hri_msgs package implements the ROS messages defined in the ROS REP-155. While this REP is being finalized (under public review as of 2022-02-16), the documentation of these messages can be found in the draft REP itself: https://github.com/ros-infrastructure/rep/pull/338
